Course Description
Every gardener craves tree ripened fruit. Learn which fruit trees grow best in Southwest Idaho. Find out why fruit tree pruning and landscape shade tree pruning are so different. Join a U of I Professor Emeritus to master the best way to care for your budding orchard. Class topics will include tree planting, when and how to fertilize, proper pruning tools and methods, what common diseases and insects to be on the lookout for and much more.
