Course Description
2-for-1 Registration! Bring a friend to class with you! You do not need to register them ahead of time.
This traditional Okinawan/Japanese karate class emphasizes basic technique. Course includes self defense, traditional kicks, blocks and strikes. Uniforms not required; training is barefoot. Registration is 2 for 1; one registers, two attend.
NOTE: ages 16+ welcome, but this is NOT a youth only class; teens to seniors are welcome in the class.
Wear comfortable clothing. Uniforms are not required; training is barefoot. Please remove any jewelry or watches before class begins.
