Bridget Morrisroe

Bridget Morrisroe is an extension professional, dedicated to working with individuals, families and communities to build healthy homes and environments. She has worked for the University of Idaho for over 16 years, coordinating the Eat Smart Idaho program and Children, Youth and Families At-Risk programs in Southern Idaho. Her current position is in Ada County, as the Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) Extension Educator, focused on nutrition, health and food safety.

Bridget graduated from Boise State University in 2011 with a master's degree in social work and a bachelor degree in 1998. She has additional coursework, training, and certifications in food safety, health, nutrition, and workplace wellness.

Bridget is an Idaho native, who grew up in Boise, and is the mother of three children.

Catherine Milner Catherine Milner coordinates the Reduce & Reuse Program for the City of Boise. Her primary goal is to encourage
behavior change around waste generation and disposal in the Boise community. Catherine loves to cook, and she is
passionate about teaching folks how to reduce food waste in their own kitchens. She previously worked on environmental compliance and sustainability projects for the City of Dallas as well as on children’s nutrition programs for The Idaho Foodbank. Catherine was born and raised in Dallas, TX and graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN with a bachelor’s degree in environmental science. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring Idaho’s great outdoors, trying new recipes, and getting absorbed in a good book.
