Todd Duncan Todd has managed and directed adventure, research, and educational programs around the world. He worked as a wilderness and adventure guide on multiple continents and served as expedition leader for research and science projects in Central American and Africa. Todd managed the Glovers Reef Marine Research Station for the Wildlife Conservation Society supporting research, education, and recreation programs from the offshore facility in Belize. He then served as Safety Director for the School for Field Studies, managing safety and global operations for semester programs on their international campuses. For 11 years Todd was the Director of Safety, Security and Emergency Preparedness for the Sierra Club, where he led the development of the safety department and initiated the organizational safety, security, and enterprise risk management systems that defined the institutional approach to operational risk. Todd is an avid outdoorsman and fisherman.
