Becca Zanders, a native of Idaho, is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 22 years of experience in small business ownership and management. In 2021, she successfully sold her family-owned automotive repair business, which she had built into a profitable enterprise. Throughout her career, Becca has been dedicated to learning and growth, alttributing much of her development as a leader to her longtime coach, John Wafler. Becca's entrepreneurial journey has equipped her with unique marketing, CRM, recruiting and retaining team members, and building a lasting legacy.
