Students will be in a group observing as fellow students have their turn blowing glass. Please wear closed-toe shoes and bring a water bottle, room gets hot! CAUTION: If you are sensitive to, or easily over stimulated by extreme heat, we invite you to preview the workspace before signing up for this class. This class requires use of both hands & feet while lifting/maneuvering 10 lbs for roughly a 30-minute period in a hot workshop environment. Course Description

In this workshop, you and an instructor work together to create your own glass oil bottle, a functional piece of art! You will learn basic functions in the glass blowing studio, and how to use certain tools, all while creating your very own oil bottle. Students will be in a group observing as fellow students have their turn blowing glass.

You will receive one-on-one instruction from a local glass artist to create your oil candle that will be available for pick-up the following day after 3pm.  Material fee covers all materials and supplies needed.
