Course Description
CLASS MEETS 9/23, 10/7, 10/14 NO CLASS 9/30
This class will cover Central Nervous System basics, bringing awareness to the current state of our nervous system. From there, we will talk about how our thoughts/words create our reality.
PART 1: LIVE WITH PURPOSE
The focus of this session is to raise awareness regarding the state of our own central nervous system (fight/flight). We will discuss how to identify and shift out of fight/flight, empowering us to connect on a deeper level with self and others and live our full purpose.
PART 2: HOW OUR THOUGHTS CREATE OUR REALITY
The focus of this session is to raise awareness regarding how our thoughts drive our emotions and why it is important to allow our thoughts to come & go without attaching. We will discuss how to shift out of thought patterns that no longer serve us and shift into living a mindful and fully present life.
PART 3: HOW OUR WORDS CREATE OUR REALITY
The focus of this session is to raise awareness regarding the energy behind the words we speak daily and how that energy carries forward influencing our life path. We will discuss how to shift our energy, harness our personal power, and live a fully empowered life.
