As a Senior Loan Officer, I am blessed to educate people, 55 and better in age, learn how to access and leverage their housing wealth with the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM). Most people are unaware that one of their largest assets is hiding in plain sight!! Increased monthly cash flow, higher net worth, and paying less in taxes are just some of the benefits in the HECM we will discuss. I have seen lives changed, legacies lived, and retirements secured.
