A program application and release of liability will need to be signed before the first class. Please bring your receipt and ID with you! You will need to bring ID and the program card provided every time they check into the Y for the entire session. NEW! Students will also need to be set up with the touch free check in system and get a key card to sign in. MUST BE CHECKED IN 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS, OR SPOT WILL BE GIVEN TO WAITING LIST

Course Description

Combines pure strength supersets with progressive overload endurance training, isolating muscle groups and working to failure with heavy weights, then working to build endurance in drop-sets. Set to popular music and choreographed for an intense workout that is accessible to abilities.
