CLASS MEETS WEDNESDAYS, EXCEPT FOR FINAL CLASS ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 17! Wear comfortable work out type clothes: leggings or yoga type pants, t-shirt or tank top, socks for your feet, or any smooth-soled flat shoe, such as ballet type slipper that is comfortable to dance in. Instructor will provide veils to use in class. No need to purchase or bring your own! If you are attending class at a Boise Schools location, a Community Ed site coordinator will be at the entrance to direct you to your classroom.
Course Description

Belly Dance (Raqs Sharqi) is an ever-evolving dance form found all over the world! It has developed into many different styles: from Classical Egyptian to American Carbaret, American and Global Caravan Tribal styles, Fusion and more! Come learn the basic moves of belly dance and add even more fun to your dance with the use of veils!
