If you are attending class at a Boise Schools location, a Community Ed site coordinator will be at the entrance to direct you to your classroom. 2-for-1! One registers, two attend! Community Education classes MIGHT be cancelled due to inclement weather. Decisions will be made by Boise School District leadership regarding evening activities, including Community Ed classes. Course Description
Learn about 1031 tax deferred exchanges and how you can defer paying taxes when you sell income and investment properties. Keep your profit! Don't give it to the IRS. You will also learn some basics about analyzing investment properties and capitalization rates. 2-for-1 Registration!
