Course will be held at YMCA COMMUNITY HUB: 805 W. Franklin St, Boise 83702. 208-44-5502. Students could be joining an ongoing YMCA class. Please check in at the front desk and let them know you are with Community Education. A program application and release of liability will need to be signed before the first class.
Course Description
Chair yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is provided for safety throughout the class. Bring water bottle. Ages 50+
