Course will be held at YMCA COMMUNITY HUB: 805 W. Franklin St, Boise 83702. 208-44-5502 Students could be joining an ongoing YMCA class. Please check in at the front desk and let them know you are with Community Education. A program application and release of liability will need to be signed before the first class.
Course Description
Specifically designed for early stage dementia or mild cognitive impairment (MCI). This program incorporates physical and brain exercises shown to reverse or delay the symptoms of early stage dementia.
