NOTE: Instructor will provide list of student supplies at first class. Approximate cost of those supplies is $35. Each week students will bake a cake at home to bring to class, EXCEPT for the 1st night...NO supplies or cake needed for the 1st class! If you are attending class at a Boise Schools location, a Community Ed site coordinator will be at the entrance to direct you to your classroom. Community Education classes MIGHT be cancelled due to inclement weather. Decisions will be made by Boise School District leadership regarding evening activities, including Community Ed classes. Listen to local radio or television stations for information on weather cancellations or call the Community Education office at 208-854-4047.

Course Description
This class will help students learn the basics and foundation skills for Do-It-Yourself cake decorating. Join this master cake decorator to learn to make flowers (sweet peas, roses, pansies) and borders to create beautiful special occasion cakes in traditional design. You will bake a cake each week at home, to bring to class. No need to bake a cake for the first class.
Supplies needed; list will be provided at first class (approx $35 for supplies).
